Dome Consulting, LLC (“Dome Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through domeconsultingllc.com and related pages (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide directly. When you complete a form on the Site, such as the Contact form, the Executive Briefing request, or the Board Playbook and Executive Summary download, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, business email address, company or organization, your role or title, and the content of any message, question, or description of the decision you are facing.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, the pages you view, the links you click, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site runs on the Squarespace platform, which uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function and, where enabled, cookies that support analytics and performance measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where a cookie banner is presented you can set your preferences there.
Downloads delivered through third-party links. Certain resources, including the Board Playbook and the Executive Summary, are delivered through third-party link services. Those services may record click and access data subject to their own privacy policies.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not include it in free-text fields.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and requests; to deliver the resources, materials, and communications you request; to provide, administer, and improve our advisory services and the Site; to understand how the Site is used; to send you professional updates or marketing communications where you have requested them or where otherwise permitted, from which you can opt out at any time; to maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data on the following bases: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business in a manner that does not override your rights; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one; and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including our website host and platform (Squarespace), and the link-delivery service used for downloads. We may also share information with our professional advisors, such as legal and accounting advisors; with authorities or others where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and with a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6. Third-party sites and links
The Site links to third-party sites and platforms, including LinkedIn and file and link services used to host or deliver content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including those provided by our platform, designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. EEA and UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
